Clery Act Questions

Based on the staffing level of NACCOP, unfortunately we cannot respond to all Clery Act specific questions. We will endeavor to answer general questions from NACCOP members, those questions should be directed to your NACCOP Team at info@naccop.org. Additionally, we cannot answer classification/case specific inquires so please do not send incident reports/case summaries. We refer institutions directly to the Department of Education’s Help Desk with questions related to incident reports/case summaries, which can be reached by emailing HandbookQuestions@ed.gov. Institution-specific Help Desk guidance has proven to be of benefit to campuses undergoing a Department of Education Program Review when ED officials call into question compliance practices.
